Information we collect

We collect the contact, account, order, and delivery information needed to provide products and services. A shipping address is required only when an order will be delivered. Local pickup orders do not require a customer address.

Credit card payments

Credit card and billing details are entered directly in Helcim's secure payment window. Fast Lane Parts does not receive or store your full card number and does not separately collect a billing address during Helcim checkout. We retain limited transaction information needed to confirm and support the order, such as payment status, amount, transaction reference, and limited card details returned by the processor.

Helcim processes payment information under its Canadian privacy policy.

How information is used

We use personal information to process orders and payments, arrange pickup or delivery, manage accounts and dealer pricing, provide invoices and customer support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and send marketing messages only where consent has been provided.

Service providers

We disclose only the information reasonably needed by providers that support payment processing, shipping, email delivery, website hosting, inventory, and related business operations. These providers may process information under their own legal and contractual obligations.

Retention and safeguards

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, warranties, accounting, legal obligations, dispute handling, and account services. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
