What is your Shipping Policy?
We offer low-cost shipping throughout New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, and Newfoundland and Labrador. If no shipping option appears at checkout, contact us for a manual carrier quote.
When should I expect my tires?
In-stock orders are usually processed within 1 business day. During spring and fall tire season, processing can take 1-3 business days before carrier delivery.
What is your Return Policy?
In-stock products may be eligible for return within 7 days if they have not been mounted. Special orders may be subject to a restocking fee and require prior approval.
What does pricing include?
Prices are shown per item in CAD and do not include configurable eco fees, taxes, or shipping unless stated otherwise. Eco fees vary by province.
Do you offer installations?
Fast Lane Parts does not install tires directly, but can recommend local shops for pickup customers around Fredericton.
How do I know which tire size I need?
Check the sticker on the driver-side door jamb and compare it with the tire size currently installed on the vehicle.
